Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 31, 2026
MiniPlay Studio ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information may be handled when you visit our website and play our browser games. It also explains the additional technologies that may be used if advertising is enabled on the site.
1. Information you provide
You can browse and play the games without creating an account. If you contact us by email, we receive the email address and the information you choose to include in your message. We use that information to read, respond to, and follow up on your request.
2. Game scores and browser storage
Some games save a best score or game preference in your browser using local storage. This information stays in the browser on your device and is used to show your saved best score when you return. It is not submitted to a MiniPlay Studio account or leaderboard. You can remove it by clearing this site's stored data in your browser settings.
3. Hosting, technical information, and security
The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. When a browser requests a webpage, the hosting and security infrastructure may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, and request timestamps to deliver the site, maintain reliability, and help protect it from abuse. Cloudflare handles information under its own privacy practices. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The games currently use browser local storage for certain scores, as described above. We do not currently use a MiniPlay Studio account system or an in-game tracking profile. Our hosting provider or future third-party services may use cookies or similar technologies for security, service operation, measurement, or advertising, depending on the services enabled.
5. Advertising and Google AdSense
We intend to use Google AdSense to display advertisements and support the operation of MiniPlay Studio. Google ads are not necessarily active at the time this policy is published. If and when AdSense is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or similar identifiers to serve, measure, and limit advertisements, detect invalid activity, and, where permitted by your settings and applicable law, personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may place and read cookies on your browser or use web beacons and IP addresses when serving ads on this website. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and choices. Learn more about how Google uses information on sites and apps that use its services and review Google's Privacy Policy.
When advertising is enabled, we will configure the available Google AdSense privacy and messaging settings. Visitors in regions where consent is required will be shown an appropriate consent message before relevant advertising technologies are used. Depending on your location, you may be able to make or change choices about personalized advertising and the use of cookies or similar technologies through the consent message or applicable browser settings.
6. Analytics
We do not currently state that we use Google Analytics or another third-party analytics service. If we add an analytics service in the future, we will update this policy to identify the service and explain the information it collects and the choices available to visitors.
7. How information is shared
We do not sell personal information that you send directly to us by email. Information may be processed by service providers that help host, secure, or operate the website, and by advertising partners if advertising is enabled. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, its visitors, or our rights.
8. Data retention
Browser-stored game scores remain on your device until you clear the website's stored data or remove it through your browser. We keep emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, handle follow-up, and maintain appropriate business records. Technical logs are handled under the hosting provider's retention practices.
9. Children's privacy
MiniPlay Studio is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not ask visitors to create accounts or provide personal details to play. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to address the request.
10. Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to email us, clear locally stored game scores through your browser, and use available browser or consent settings to manage cookies and advertising choices. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email below.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website's features, hosting, analytics, advertising, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its updated date.
